The results were remarkable: his projects began leasing up at unparalleled speeds, catching the attention of other developers who were eager to learn his secret. Impressed by the efficiency and success, these developers quickly became clients themselves, eager to experience the same outstanding results. This was the inception of CIS. Today, Leasing Pros is not just a service provider but a game-changer in the real estate industry. Our founder not only steers Leasing Pros but is also a testament to our service, actively utilizing our approach in his own nationwide projects. He personally experiences 'The LP Effect' – a remarkable acceleration where buildings lease up in one-third or less the time compared to traditional site teams. As both a real estate developer through TGR Development and Veritas Ventures, and the founder of Leasing Pros, Aaron’s unique perspective bridges the gap between leasing and development. His hands-on experience in developing and leasing his own projects provides a distinct advantage, enabling him to approach the leasing process with a developer’s mindset. This holistic understanding allows Leasing Pros to address the real-world challenges developers face, accelerating lease-up times and achieving exceptional results. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Tim has successfully driven occupancy goals for more than 30 major projects across 10 states. His diverse expertise spans leasing, construction project management, marketing, market analysis, branding, and staff training. He excels in helping developers launch new projects, identifying effective outreach strategies to target markets and maximize income potential without compromising leasing momentum.

Tim thrives on acquisition projects, where the fast-paced environment and constant opportunities for problem-solving keep him engaged and motivated. Outside of work, you can find him under the hood of a car or soaking up the sun on Minnesota’s stunning lakes during the fleeting summers!

Vincent Spera

Talent Acquisition

Vincent works with Leasing Pros  to develop recruitment strategies and assess talent. Previously, he held various roles leading efforts in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across industries, including, real estate development, security, hospitality, and construction.

Vincent has completed his Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Adler University. He holds a Master's in Psychology from Adler Graduate School and a Bachelor's in Business Management from American Military University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and served as Vice President of Adler University's Psi Chi chapter, the International Honor Society of Psychology. He applies psychological research and understanding in the workplace to align organizational goals with employee needs. 

Ultimately, he is dedicated to improving workplace performance and fairness, while committing himself to continuous learning and personal growth to better serve others.
